Luther Movie/Documentary Showing on Eve of 500th Anniversary of the Reformation

In celebration of the 500th anniversary of the Reformation, Mt. Zion Lutheran Church is sponsoring the showing of the new Luther Movie, "A Return to Grace: Luther's Life and Legacy."  This showing will take place on Reformation Eve, Monday, October 30th at 6:30 p.m. at the Marcus South Shore Cinema in Oak Creek.

Please note that this is not the same movie that has been shown on PBS but is a different edit with a deeper focus on the Gospel theology of the Reformation.

Joint 500th Anniversary Reformation Service to take place on Tuesday, October 31st

Mt. Zion Lutheran Church and Our Father's Lutheran Church in Greenfield will hold a joint service at 6:30 p.m. on Reformation Day, October 31st.  The service will take place at Our Father's located at 6025 S. 27th Street innull Greenfield.  The Rev. Aaron Koch will serve as liturgist and celebrant and the Rev. Dr. Karl Fabrizius will serve as preacher.  Special choirs and instrumentalists will enrich the observance.  All are invited and encouraged to come and take part in this celebration!
